What is a niche perfume?

A niche perfume is a fragrance far removed from the mass market: high-quality raw materials, original compositions and a distinctive signature. Rather than aiming for broad appeal, niche houses focus on character – a fragrance should evolve on the skin and be unmistakable.

How do I find the right fragrance for me?

Take your time and wear the fragrance for a few days in everyday life. With our 3 ml decants you can discover at leisure how a perfume unfolds on your skin. Many people don’t find their signature scent with the first spray, but after a few days.

Do you offer samples or decants?

Yes. We offer a 3 ml decant of every fragrance in our range, so you can get to know your favourite before committing to a full bottle.

Hamid Merati Kashani

Hamid Merati-Kashani is a German-Iranian perfumer and one of the most renowned fragrance creators in the industry. Born in Germany to an Iranian father and a German mother, he spent his childhood in Isfahan, where the surrounding rose fields left a lasting impression on him. Today he works as Principal Perfumer at dsm-firmenich and is responsible for some of the most successful modern fragrances. His creations combine the precision of German perfumery with the opulent fragrance culture of the Middle East. His best-known works include Parfums de Marly Layton, Pegasus and Percival, as well as fragrances for houses such as Jean Paul Gaultier, Valentino, Carolina Herrera and BORNTOSTANDOUT.
