Yes, some Discovery Sets are produced only in limited quantities or are hard to come by at times. So with popular sets, it’s best not to wait too long.
As our decants are individually filled products, they are excluded from exchange and return. You’ll find more information in our Terms and Conditions.
If you’re unsure which fragrance suits you, we’re happy to advise you before you buy – online or in person at our perfumery. That way you can explore different fragrances and are far more likely to find your favourite straight away.
The owner was wonderfully warm and really took her time with me, even though I turned up at the last minute. Honestly, the advice was some of the best I’ve ever had – I immediately felt welcome and in good hands. What I especially loved: there was zero sales pressure.
