Is the deposit credited towards my purchase?

Yes. If you buy a fragrance on the evening of the event, the full €20 will be credited towards your purchase.

How late can I cancel?

You can cancel free of charge up to 72 hours before the event begins. For later cancellations, the deposit can unfortunately no longer be refunded.

What language will the event be held in?

The event will be held in English.

How many places are available?

Places are strictly limited, and our previous fragrance evenings were fully booked within a very short time. First come, first served.

Where does the event take place?

At our shop in Mannheim: Essence Garden, Elisabethstr. 7, 68165 Mannheim.

Why is there a deposit?

As we only have 30 places available for this fragrance evening, we want to make attending as fair as possible for everyone who is interested. Anyone who reserves a place and then fails to turn up at short notice unfortunately takes that opportunity away from someone else.

At the same time, an evening like this involves considerable organisational and financial effort for us and for the brand – from flights and accommodation to catering, drinks and staff, through to marketing and organisation. That is why we need to be able to plan reliably.

The €20 deposit therefore serves solely as a binding reservation of your place. If you buy a fragrance on the evening of the event, it will be credited to you in full. You can cancel free of charge up to 72 hours before the event, which still gives us enough time to offer the place to someone else.
