What is a niche perfume?

A niche perfume is a fragrance far removed from the mass market: high-quality raw materials, original compositions and a distinctive signature. Rather than aiming for broad appeal, niche houses focus on character – a fragrance should evolve on the skin and be unmistakable.

How do I find the right fragrance for me?

Take your time and wear the fragrance for a few days in everyday life. With our 3 ml decants you can discover at leisure how a perfume unfolds on your skin. Many people don’t find their signature scent with the first spray, but after a few days.

Do you offer samples or decants?

Yes. We offer a 3 ml decant of every fragrance in our range, so you can get to know your favourite before committing to a full bottle.

Nóttnuit

Hinter Nóttnuit stehen die Schwedinnen Theresia und Hedda Dibinger, Mutter und Tochter. Theresia verantwortet als preisgekrönte Formulierungsentwicklerin die Rezepturen, Hedda als Creative Director das Design. Der Name verbindet das altnordische 'Nótt' und das französische 'nuit' – beides bedeutet Nacht und steht für Schöpfungsgöttinnen, die die Nacht beherrschen und den Tag erschaffen: So wie die Nacht dem Tag Leben schenkt, soll Nóttnuit der Haut neue Kraft geben. Die veganen, klaren Formeln setzen auf Wirkstoffe aus Pflanzen, Gestein und Meer; abgefüllt wird in lichtschützendes violettes Glas aus Hälsingland. Die 'FORM Restoring Face Cream' gewann 2022 den schwedischen Beauty-Oscar.

Theresia Dibinger ist Mitgründerin von Nóttnuit und verantwortet die Formulierung der Produkte. Die Schwedin bringt langjährige Erfahrung aus der Kosmetikindustrie mit und wird von der Marke als ausgezeichnete Entwicklerin für innovative Formulierungen beschrieben, mit einem praxisnahen Zugang zu klarer, wirksamer Hautpflege. Gemeinsam mit ihrer Tochter Hedda gründete sie die Marke.

Hedda Dibinger ist Mitgründerin und Creative Director von Nóttnuit. Die Schwedin bringt langjährige Erfahrung in Fotografie und bildender Kunst mit und prägt das Design der Marke, darunter die charakteristischen violetten Glasflakons. Gemeinsam mit ihrer Mutter Theresia gründete sie das Unternehmen.

We are Luca (27) and Lina (23) – Germany’s youngest niche perfumery. With our boutique in Mannheim, we turned a shared passion into our profession: long-time perfume collectors, now authorised retailers of selected niche brands.
